Toronto Right To Life Update

Recently, the Federal Court of Canada ruled against Toronto Right To Life on its claim against the Ministry Of Employment which asserted that the 2018 attestation requirement of Canada summer jobs was unconstitutional. The court ruling provided the perspective that it’s a minor issue for government to force groups to attest against their very religious beliefs in order to be treated equally in a government program. Toronto Right To Life intends to appeal this ruling at the Federal Court of Appeal.
